Tasting notes
Wine has a deep ruby red colour. Sensual nose of black current and cherries, supported by hints of ginger and banana aromas which carry through onto a rich creamy palate. Silky well integrated and concentrated tannins in perfect harmony and balance.

Decanting & Serving temperature
To release all flavours and to allow to breathe, please decant 1 hour before consumption. Recommended to be served at optimal temperature of 17 ºC.

Vinification & Maturation details
Hand picked in the cool of the night to retain freshness and flavours. 48 Hours cold maceration (10 ºC) prior to fermentation. MLF took place in barrels. Matured for 20 months in 60% French and 40% American oak barrels. A total of 60% new, 30% 2nd fill and 10% 3rd fill barrels were used for ageing.
